This new position within the firm focuses on client service and the client experience from intake to settlement. It also encompasses backend marketing to enable the firm to reach out to former clients in the hope of obtaining referrals.
Because Greathouse viewed the ideal candidate as someone with experience and familiarity with the firm’s clientele, he hired his Client Relations Specialist from within. Santonia Thomas, who has been with Greathouse Trial Law for a year in the role of Case Manager, will now serve in the Client Relations Specialist capacity.
